Packing Materials

Kaiser uses the best materials available to protect the furniture to ensure it arrives to

the customer in pristine condition. Cartons are either specified by the customer or engineered by Kaiser to ensure proper protection of the furniture. The carton can be either single wall or double wall and can be purchased at different strength levels according to size and weight of the units and protection needed. The inner-packing consist of corner blocks to protect the corners, angle Styrofoam blocks to protect the unit, a polyethylene wrap to protect the finish of the furniture. Some units require a filler box or a wood skid for additional protection. All Kaiser furniture is tested in Kaisers fully equipped testing lab to ensure the carton and inner-packing protects the unit to meet the US transportation standards (ISTA).
